Beautifully updated and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and 4 stools and microwave. French doors off of living room to a spacious front deck and open back desk with marsh views. Home has cable TV, Wi-Fi, VCR/DVD, stacked washer and dryer, central HVAC system.Enjoy the floating dock over the marsh water. Great opportunity to fish! Linens are not included. They must be rented separately if needed.

Pets Allowed - a pet fee will be charged per pet at the time of booking confirmation with our office.
Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.
Guest Access:
Guests required to pick up and drop off keys to the rental office.
The Neighborhood:
The north end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. Nearby restaurants recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a quick bite, Blueberry Grill for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, River City Cafe for a burger and Martins in Long Bay Resort for a nice dinner.
Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.
