This lovely, completely updated first floor Kiawah Island vacation rental, located at 4687 Tennis Club Villa, is the perfect retreat for two couples, featuring two king bedrooms and a screened porch. The villa is about a 10-minute walk to the beach.
The villa greets you with beautiful hardwood floors, neutral color palette, and designer finishes. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an elegant dining area for four, and access to the screened porch. The living room offers a sectional sofa, cozy wicker chair, large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and double sliding doors to the screened porch. The master suite showcases a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double sinks and tile shower, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and private access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. The screened porch offers two love seats, perfect for easy conversation, as well as a desirable ceiling fan.
The villa is furnished with washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.
Effective January 1, 2019, guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.
A $45 non-refundable damage fee is charged to each reservation.
Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.
RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect! However, the villa was dusty, black mole near the AC vent, some of the dishes were dirty and the kitchen was lacking certain staples, like, cutting board, large mixing bowls, baking sheet and a good cutting knife.Contact Owner
