This home was designed with guests in mind. The main floor boasts a large living, dining and kitchen combination and 1 of 2 master bedrooms. Upstairs you will find an additional den along with the second master bedroom. The rest of the family can spread out in the four guest bedrooms. Restaurants and shops are three blocks away. The beach is just a leisurely stroll around the corner. Bring or rent bicycles for an incredible way to explore your surroundings and get acquainted with island life! If you are planning to stay put, the screened porch off of the main living area is the ultimate shady place to enjoy a book, a delicious Lowcountry meal, or game with your friends. Peaceful Edisto traditions start here! No Smoking. No Puppies.

We really enjoyed the beach house this year - Atwood does an amazing job! We had plenty of room and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The upstairs den could use more furniture as there was only a couch. The hook lock on the back screen porch needs to be replaced BAD. Only issue we had was the downstairs AC went out and we were without air for 2 very hot nights - but Atwood placed air units in living room and 1 bedroom - really needed to have those in all downstairs bedrooms - made my recommendations checking out for the next family to move in. Beach access #5 at house isn't great.. no parking for cars and only a few slots for Golf Carts so be prepared to walk with all your beach baggage! Great House and we will DEFINITELY return.
