PROPERTY Description

3/2 ranch with pull out couch to accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The house has two queen beds, one full bed, and one full pullout couch in the living room.

Located off the main portion of Lake Norman, quiet street and very calm water inlet. Fire pit, propane grill, hammock, large covered patios on the lake side. Boat ramp 150ft from the dock for easy launch.

Dock will accomodate one boat up to about 30ft, and one up to about 24ft, and has a drive up Waverunner PWC dock.

Washer and Dryer are available. LINENS(Sheets&Pillowcases)/TOWELS are NOT included. Pillows are provided. You need to bring sheets and towels (2 queen, 1 full, 1 full pullout)

Please note that our home is in no way "childproof". Please keep this in mind when booking with small children.

This is a quiet neighborhood, with neighbors close by on both sides, so loud groups, loud music, fireworks, etc. are not allowed.

**This is a SMOKE FREE rental. Absolutely NO smoking inside the home or garage.**

**This home is not available for parties. Absolutely no large groups! Max occupancy is normally 6, 8 being the absolute max, if you need to bring a few more, please let us know. Large groups or noise complaints will result in you being asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.**

This home is available for long term monthly rental also.

Nice place. Beautiful location, peaceful and quite.

They need to add instructions and laminate them for the tenant to follow when the stay is over. Place was clean , but needs some painting done, and the stove needs fixed, dont get hot enough. We would rent again the owner was really nice and accommodating.

Great place to stay!

We only had a quick weekend trip to visit with our granddaughter and didn't spend a lot of time at the house but it was a wonderful place to come "home" to each evening. The owner was very responsive to our few minor needs. That is always important. Would definitely stay again if in the area!!
