Great owner but be aware bedding needs major upgrade
The owner really could not be more accommodating. She always responded in a timely and informative manner. That said I have to offer some facts potential renters need to know. The main bedroom has a queen frame but a double-sized mattress. This is really the major problem she needs to resolve. Other than that just be aware this is an older condo complex and you will be able to hear anybody staying above you so vice versa also on that. The view of the ocean is nice and the beach is a fairly easy walk. You can walk to Duck if it's a nice weather day. If you go we recommend the Sunset Grille and Duck Deli both are nearby. My answer on recommending the unit to a friend has to qualified. Middle aged in good physical condition is a yes, older with any physical challenges is a no.Alison F

Wonderful vacation!
So glad we found this place! It was just perfect for my small family of 4 (2 young children). The kids loved the bunk beds, pool, and beach - and we loved the convenience of everything, not to mention having a kitchen, private bedroom, and balcony.
