PROPERTY Description
Fleetwood, NC - Words cannot describe the feeling of total bliss when you sit on the porch of this darling cabin. Listening to the sounds of the creek as it trickles by and the birds they chirp there happy song. Build a fire in the massive stone fireplace on the porch and snuggle up on those cool Carolina Mountain evenings. There's a swing, rockers, picnic table, an old church bench, chiminea and charcoal grill for barbecuing. You'll simple never want to leave!
Inside the main cabin you'll find a cozy great room that features comfy furniture, a stone gas fireplace, satellite TV, dining table for 4 along with a fully furnished kitchen and quaintly accented in antique pieces and accessories. There are 2 bedrooms (queen beds in each one) and 1 bath (one with a step in shower) along with a washer/dryer.
Next door is the cute guest cabin that also has a queen bed, full bath with step in shower, dining table for 2 with a coffeemaker, satellite TV, telephone and its own sitting porch with swing & patio table perched just over the creek.
Kids will love looking for special rocks and gems in the creek. Centrally located between West Jefferson and Boone (12 minute drive). There are even remnants of an old moonshine still in the creek.

Creeksong Thanksgiving 2017
The cabin and guest cabin were nice, but much smaller than they appeared in the photos. The only heat source was a fireplace that came on and off in response to a thermostat, and if the bedroom doors were closed at night the bedrooms were pretty cold. The bedroom doors are louvered bi-fold doors, so cannot be locked for privacy and light and sound from the living area flows freely into the bedrooms. The house has no dishwasher and the kitchen is too small for more than one person to function in it at the same time. The property itself is beautiful! the cabin is a wonderful amenity, if you have a separate couple or young adult that appreciates separateness. Overall, the cabin was nice, but not right for our group (5 people) over the Thanksgiving Holiday.Timothy J.

Great cabin and location. All the best options available. The only drawback is no cellar service due to location (even with Verizon) but landline is provided in cabin. If you want television you are limited to HULU and Net Flix as well.Extra cabin is great for extra showering abilities since cabin has only one bathroom.Highly recommend as an incredible place to escape the daily grind so many people face. You truly connect with nature and just totally escape!!!Management was on top of everything.Cozy cabin on a creek
We have been frequenting the high country for over 20+ years, and come up at least 3 times a year. We chose Creeksongs for a last minute 3 nt stay, because of the flat entrance to cabin.We have a elderly dog that doesn't do steps. We had to hike a 1/4 mile to get to the cabin because the HOA had dug up a culvert to the only road into the neighborhood, we couldn't drive to the house for 2 nights. That put a damper on the whole vacation. But to be honest the location between Boone and West Jefferson is great. Close to highway access and the parkway. The grounds are great, kids will love the creek area. The cabin is in a neighborhood. The cabin is also very small, tiny kitchen (without dishwasher) and tiny bathroom right off kitchen.There is also a kitchen light fixture that hangs way down,not good for tall people. King bed is comfy, the other bedroom has a double which looked small. The extra cabin has a queen and another tiny shower. The extra cabin also had a weird musty odor.The outdoor areas were great. It isn't a luxury property by any means but if you like being outdoors it's great. The price is high compared to nicer properties in this region.Contact Owner
