PROPERTY Description
Location. Location. Location. We love the idea of taking a short walk and having a choice of
outdoor activities so close by. Yet, in the midst of all these nearby activities, we thoroughly
enjoy the seclusion while sitting on our back deck overlooking Palmetto Dunes 11-mile lagoon. In
fact, we often have dinner or light appetizers on the back deck and spend hours unwinding after
boating, golf, or whatever strikes our fancy.
King Size Bed, Lounge Chair, & Writing Desk in Master Bedroom; Two Queen size Beds in second
Bedroom. The sleep sofa in the living room of the villa opens to a queen bed. All
of our beds have allergy protectors covering the mattresses. All sheets & linens provided at no
extra charge.
Our Villa has a Fully stocked Kitchen. Over the years, my wife has stocked the kitchen with nearly
everything she might need when we stay there. It Contains refrigerator, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as lots of dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots &
pans, glassware, etc. Stacked Maytag washer/dryer available inside our villa. Laundry soap
provided.
Our Living Room/Den offers plenty of comfortable cushioned seating, as well as a Flat Screen TV &
DVD player. This Spring, we installed new Hardwood Floors. Lovely!
FREE wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout our villa, including the back deck.
Our covered Deck offers a spectacular and private view of the 11-mile Lagoon. The Deck is complete
with outdoor furniture and a cooling ceiling fan.
