Lots of restaurants are located near the property, some within walking distance.
Town home is a spacious 1460 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms (12 x 16) & 2.5 baths with a queen murphy bed in the den. Home has a new heat & air unit, hardwood & tile flooring throughout, bead board wainscoting in upstairs bathrooms, & freshly painted walls. Den has a sectional sofa with a 50' LED HDTV, cable, & Wifi.
Outdoor area features a private deck with grill & dining for 6-8.

Great location to beaches and historic Charleston
This property is well thought out for guests. Very well-maintained and clean. Location is the biggest asset. Thanks for maintaining such a lovely place for vacations.Charles B.
Not our cup of tea
The townhome was in a small culdesac off a very busy road and we were not comfortable staying at this location. Parking was chaotic and crowded. The home was ordinary, clean, and dark. It had all the necessary items, but there were way too many rules. With such high cleaning and service and property fees I was rather shocked to have to strip beds, empty all garbage pails and load dishwasher, and put all used towels in laundry room. What was the high cleaning fee for? And even though the home was empty several days prior to our arrival, we were not allowed to check in even an hour early. We did pass by the house twice before 4 pm and there was no sign of any cleaning people or anyone at the home. Some other things didn’t sit well with us, but might be fine for other guests. Will not book again.Contact Owner
