All you need to bring are linens and personal care items. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the cottage prior to departure. This helps keep your costs down.
There are ABSOLUTLEY NO HIDDEN FEES! Renter pays $575 security deposit. The remainder $ 1000 will be due 30 days prior to lease agreement. Renter must sign and return a lease agreement.

Perfect for family time!

The location was perfect...it was like I had my own private beach. Just a few steps down off the deck and I am on the beach. The information that is posted on Trip Advisor website about this cottage is exact. I was also impressed with how clean the cottage was on my arrival.
