Newly remodeled kitchen and bath with a laundry room.
Enjoy the scenic drive through the Point but then enter the local lake neighborhood at the end of the peninsula.

Vandalia, OHNice quiet cottage on the lake
Very nice cottage on the lake. It was clean and comfortable with all the essentials. It is located in a nice area surrounded by lovely homes. My husband and I love the Mooresville area because there are many good places to eat and we are only about a 45 minute drive to Charlotte where my son and daughter-in-law live. The first night we did have a problem trying to use the fireplace but the owner responded right away and started it for us. Overall our biggest complaint is that our time there was too short!Jina P.

Clean and Homie
Stayed here last week during our family vacation and we were very happy with everything the house is clean and you feel right at home, there’s a washer and dryer in the home which was a great. The deck and view of the lake is amazing we spent some time out there at night and it’s very quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to go back!Contact Owner
