Poorly maintained and overpriced.
We arrived to a house that had hair in the bathrooms, dirty kitchen, and windows. Had the price not been doubled for the holiday we might have been more forgiving of poor maintance and filth. The view and proximity to the beach was wonderful if you could get past the creepy feeling of someone elses dirt. I would not recommend this house to anyone.Our favorite vacation spot
We've been staying at Vandermyde for 7 years. It's a comfortable, pet friendly home. Not alot of double beds, but plenty of singles. Perfect for two families. What makes it so special is bringing the dog (s) and being able to just walk straight onto the beach! The computerized check in was a bit of a problem this year. We couldn't even get in 1/2 hr. early with the dog and a crying grandchild. So don't plan on showing up before 4 pm.Contact Owner
