PROPERTY Description

This 2nd floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit in A Summer Place is perfect for an individual or couple with small children. Conveniently located, it’s less than a block to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and beach access with rest rooms and lifeguard. Enjoy ocean views from the covered balcony accessed from the living area and bedroom. Open living/kitchen area, bedroom, and bunk set in the nook off the entry.

***On April 17, 2018 construction will begin taking place on a nearby vacant lot Monday through Saturday and is expected to cross into the 2019 calendar year. This may impact traffic and noise levels in the vicinity.***

It is available for a two night minimum. Please call for daily and monthly rates. Parking for 1 car. Occupancy: 6. No Smoking. No Pets. No Elevator.

**Effective immediately all weekly vacation rentals of 5-21 nights will have linens included. On 4 nights or less you will still have the option to rent linens on your contract or bring your own.**

Cute beach bungalow

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little place with adjacent parking. Clean. Close to the beach. FYI-Unit has an iron, but does not have a hair dyer.

Clean property with a convient location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great place to stay. It is in the center of Wrightsville beach within walking distance to the beach. It is very clean and well kept. If you are looking for a quiet out of the way place, this might not be the place for you. The property is at a busy intersection and parking area close to Johnnie Mercers Pier. But, if you are looking for convenience than look no further.

Loved the location to the beach, small shops and walking area (The Nesbitt Loop). Also enjoyed the balcony with the view of the water. Added bonus was the laundry facilities provided that allowed us to be stressfree when returning home. Will definitely keep in mind for future vacations.
