PROPERTY Description
The Historic Euchella Lodge was handcrafted from local Hemlock Trees from the Great Smoky Mountains. It offers all the modern amenities for a comfortable & fantastic vacation for family reunions and large groups. The Lodge is located at the entrance of Nantahala Gorge adjacent to Fontana Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The Lodge has 4 individual bedrooms with private entrance and private bathrooms plus a fifth bedroom. There is a half bath in the common area. The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, micro wave, refrigerator and gas stove plus dishes, cookware and utensils. There is also a handcrafted dining table that can seat up to 12. The living room has satellite TV, Stereo, DVD player, gas log fireplace, WIFI, and sliding glass door that opens to a large partially covered deck overlooking Village Creek with 2 barbeque grills.
The entire large is air conditioned and includes a washer & dryer. There is ample parking for up to around 8-10 vehicles and more if you squeeze and are driveway has a gentle grade good in every season.
Our location is minutes away from whitewater rafting, zip lines, hiking, lake sports & boat rentals, fishing, skiing in winter, the Blue Ridge Parkway, The Cherohala Skyway, the Great Smoky Mountains, Deals Gap & The Tail of the Dragon, Tubing, Fontana Dam, Cherokee, the Train Ride in Bryson City and much more.
