PROPERTY Description

This adorable, impeccable bungalow is perfect for a weekend, or long-term. It is one street over from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 15 minute walk to great shopping, cafes, bars and other fabulous downtown features. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a front porch, living room, dining room and kitchen. It will sleep 5-6 people and is straight out of the 1940's Sears Catalog. It's an original Sears Craftsman Home, with great details. Completely renovated with all new appliances, beds and everything else, we know you'll be comfortable and feel right at home. Just an FYI, due to high demand, we are only able to offer two night minimum stays over weekends.

Beautiful home!

What a beautiful home! My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and it was lovely. The house itself is adorable with such perfect decorations, plenty of space, was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. And we loved that we could bring our old pup and he could enjoy some time away, too. It's about a mile from Main Street downtown, and we were able to ride our bikes everywhere (the one major street into town was a little dicey to navigate among the cars, but we figured it out) and walked home from dinner one night. Perfect for exploring Greenville for our first time! The only negative is the neighborhood the house is in ... it's around the corner from the law enforcement building and directly across from a bail bondsman building (open all night, as the neon light told us!). Google Maps also told me a work release building was two houses down, but I didn't verify that. I will say that it was extremely quiet because we were surrounded by law offices and bail bondsmen -- that were either closed or experienced little traffic on the weekend. We did sit on the front porch one morning and enjoyed the quiet serenity. It's a beautiful property, just be aware of the pros/cons of where it's situated.

Adorable house in downtown Greenville

This house was great. It is clean and cozy. The location is close to downtown. On weekends, the public parking garages offer free parking downtown. It’s a very short drive from the house. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Great Home very near the downtown Greenville!

Wonderful comfy home with all of the amenities! Convenient to downtown Greenville! We would definitely stay again!
