PROPERTY Description
Welcome to the asheville welllness sanctuary and vacation rental.We strive to give you a comfortable,affordable,unique and restful experience while you are here visiting asheville.We have been in buisness for almost three years and have been very busy making sure our guest have a beautiful place while visiting.It is a very quiet apartment that is totally separate from our residence and totally private.The rental is a 600 square ft place with a incredible king size bed,a full stocked kitchen with microwave,oven,two burner stove and a couple of refridgerators.We also have added an indoor-outdoor living room area that is about 600 sq.ft.So it is a rather large private area of about 1200 sq ft to enjoy.We offer coffee and teas to our guest...Please bring your own milk,half and half. Our place is surrouned by fence and our back yard is an old grow forest with hundred ft trees and 60 ft bamboo.We are centrally located in town yet you r minutes to everything.When here you feel like you r in the middle of the woods.Our motiif is indonesian and asian furniture with special statues in our rental.We also offer a big hot tub and an infra red sauna.In the morning wake up to the sounds of birds enhancing your stay The tropical furnishings give your retreat a Balinese feel. Your king-size bed is luxuriously appointed with crisp, cotton bedding, and there is an attached, private bathroom featuring a beautiful natural stone shower and a granite-topped vanity with 2 sinks. You have an intimate yet spacious secluded deck that is ideal for for relaxing in your private hot tub, that will help you de-stress and detox. .We have a 32 inch smart TV in the room can that play netflix movies and Pandora music.Instruction will be posted in the room on how to use and we have a stereo player that can play cd;s,ipod or plug in to your unit.Our newest addition is a listing of our favorite places in asheville to eat,drink,hangout and other interesting things to do while in asheville. Other benefits include safe, off-street parking for 1 vehicle and we’re conveniently located close to West Asheville’s fabulous eateries, downtown’s fine dining establishments, the river Art district, French Broad's main park that features tubing in the summer,walking your dog,run walking,biking, and the renowned Biltmore Estate &

We look forward to serving you and providing an environment that supports nurturing your body, mind, and spirit.**As an after thought I would just like to thank everyone who has stayed with us this past years We have far exceeded our expectations on the number of bookings that we have had.It is because of you that we have been successful.We continually keep investing in our place making it more beautiful than before.I also want to tell you that during the winter I have added a new structure that being a detached indoor/outdoor kitchen.I also added a major deck with a three fold purpose that also has a roof over head to keep the vacation rental dry.We have about 500 ft of decks to hang out on.We are a 2 minute walk from the french broad river and main parks in town.Also a minute walk from a place to have breakfast,a bar and a area of different resturant.
We are probably the most affortable and reasonable rates on vrbo.We could ask for more but choose not to.Our prices iclude cleaning fee,taxes and room rate.So when you come in the winter for the price of $108 during the week and $115 on week end there r no secret or other expenses like thes other sites do.Vrbo has recently added a 9% service fee they add on.This is not going to us but something all these sites r doing.We have a $35 pet fee for our guest bringing their 4 foot family members.If you have 2 dog or one it is the same fee.We offer also wireless internet.Please bring your own music system,speaker etc.We do have a cd player to attach to in the room.Our place has ample heat and air conditioning depending on the time of the year.Most guest tell us our place is more beautiful than the pictures we display on our site.........We look forward to helping you if we can and having you stay in a great place.In the summer we raise our rates a little more and in the fall for one month just a little higher......What you get here is a peaceful,homey,loving environment that is close to everything,luxurious,and at a reasonable price.Our facilty is very clean and well taken care off.Hope to see you here Laura and Michael

Romantic getaway
My fiance and I came into Asheville and stayed at this wonderfully secluded place close to everything. Our host was super kind. The hot tub was excellent! The bed is super comfortable! Our host stayed out of our way and we enjoyed everything Asheville had to offer. The Hole and Sunny Point Cafe are musts while there. Wonderful town and I must say this place is way better than any hotel. Be open minded and enjoy. Thank you Michael for opening up your doors to us! We will be staying here again In March of 2017 for the Biltmore Marathon again I promise you!Contact Owner
