PROPERTY Description
This is a two bedroom one bath unit that is one side of a duplex. It has a large fenced in back yard, it's own private entrance, and plenty of off street parking. One room has a queen size bed, the other has two twins. We also have a cot the size of a twin. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is an oven, stove, and refrigerator, but no dishwasher. We have a back patio with a table and seating for four. There is also a grill for backyard BBQ and an outdoor fire pit. The bedrooms and the living area have hardwood floors while the kitchen and bathroom have tile. There is no carpet. We also have cable, Internet, and plenty of games to play. It is located less than a mile from the action of Shem Creek and just a few blocks from some of the best restaurants Mount Pleasant has to offer.

Fun with family
