An enjoyable week and rental!
Our family of 6 adults had a great week at Topside! We enjoyed being close to the beach though be aware that there is a small dune to walk over after the boardwalk, which could be difficult if you have older adults in your group. This area of the beach was not crowded when we were there in early June. We really enjoyed having no other houses between us and the beach making for great views from the upper deck. The house was as described...very clean throughout and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Since the house is located to the very south edge of Avon, it is quieter than in the center of town. Check-in was easy with the key-less entry. We recommend Topside!Contact Owner
