PROPERTY Description
Check in (self) at 3 pm or after on Saturday and check out is by 10 am the following Saturday. These times are firm as cleaning crew must have all five hours to clean for the next guests. Since you will be self checking in, you must provide mailing address to owner so that she may send you the gate pass. You need to also provide the cell phone number you will be using while in residence.
This condo accommodates a maximum of six guests, and is only available for a minimum of seven nights, Saturday to Friday.
This unit has a new 5 ton air handler as of mid November 2017.
Located at 1398 Basin Dr., 2 miles south of Garden City Pier, this 2 story penthouse has the best water views of all the 60 condos in Marlin Quay. Great views from every room.
Gated entrance leads to your own covered parking area 6 feet from the elevator. (Elevator serves 10 condos only). Overflow parking across the street. It is highly recommended you bring one vehicle.
Car must be pulled right up to garage door and if oversize, must be parked across street in dedicated lot. Parking rules are enforced and towing may occur if rules are not met.
Dining room table serves 6 and is adjacent to living room and its open cathedral ceiling.
The kitchen is a galley style with utility room which accommodates the small capacity Bosch washer and dryer. The maximum number of guests is six.
Two bedrooms on the first floor. One with queen bed and en suite bathroom. Half bath in hallway leads to other bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Up the marble staircase (only one hand rail on wall side) at top is a stand up office desk for your laptop for those things "you just have to do" while on vacation.
An open loft with long seat overlooks the living room.
Master bedroom has built-in king bed and bookcases. The windows overlook marina, inlet, and ocean. Dressing room and closets
lead to master bathroom which has Jacuzzi tub and rainhead shower.
Bed linens and towels are not provided, sorry. It is recommended that you contact Vacation Equipment Rentals in Myrtle Beach at 843-215-2700. They will deliver clean linens/towels and pick up soiled so you don’t have to do laundry on your vacation!
Sorry but no pets or other animals are allowed per the Marlin Quay Homeowners Association. Also no golf carts for renters.

Great views, Great week
We have been renting houses in Murrells Inlet since 1986. This was first time in a condo and it was a pleasure. Very comfortable accommodations with great views of the ocean, Inlet, and all the activity in the marina. We had family staying in two other Marlin Quay condos, and they were also very impressed with unit #501 (and a little jealous). Separately we arranged for dockage of our boat for the week, so it was very convenient. Everything we needed was on hand at the marina. Both pools were great and well maintained. I rented Penthouse 501 for a family vacation, but unfortunately, a family emergency kept me from going. However, my adult daughter, her husband, and a friend went. According to them, the condo is lovely and was perfect for their week. Connie was very responsive to messages, and she was very accommodating when I made her aware of my situation. I will definitely rent from her again the next time I go to Garden City, as this property is reasonably priced, also. I was soooo disappointed to miss the week!Contact Owner
