PROPERTY Description
Our home is well maintained with 1600 sq. ft, landscaping, and sits in a private, wooded 11-acre tract. It has a large master suite with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Hardwood floors with area carpets enhance the living experience. There is a huge covered dock with sun deck to tie your boat up to. Rental boats available at Harbor Light Marina. Free use public boat ramp close by to launch your boat. Available canoe and floats to use for your leisure activities. We do have a security system in place which shows the 4 corners of our nearly 11 acres of property on a monitor. No one is manning this monitor, but it is helpful to have in place in case of a concern. The visual does not extend as far as the dock. We also have in place several motion sensitive lights. Those lights come on whenever motion is detected. This might be a person, a cat (there are 4 outside cats), deer, raccoon, or other animal. These are not connected to any cameras. They are just courtesy lights. Probably the best courtesy is for a late arrival. When you would pull up in the drive way, the motion sensor light comes on and stays on long enough for you to put the code 1243 in the key box, retrieve your keys, unlock the door, retype 1243, replace this key, and close the box, all with plenty of light. You will then find several sets of keys on the kitchen counter. It's also a nice way to welcome you back 'home' after dinner when it is dark, and you forgot to leave an outside light on.

Wi fi is available. The Password is located in the master bedroom on the bottom of the router where it says PASSWORD. Use that password and you will be connected.
Directions for using the TV's are located in the living room, under the glass on the coffee table top. There are very specific directions for which controller to use for what and the order in which to push the buttons. There will be no difficulties when done in this order. And again, we thank you so much. Neither of us is very 'techy,' and me not at all.

Great time!
We had a great time. We came up for a clemson game and long weekend. Beautiful dock where we could have our boat. Easy acccess. Great accommodation. Our kids loved it. Thank you Mary and Pat! We would definitely stay here again!david H.
A great retreat.
We spent a wonderful get a way and couldn't of been more pleased. The property was as advertised and provided evrerything we needed. It is on our short list for the next time we want to lay up and just relax. Mary and Pat, you have a terrific lakefront home.Dana B.

Let me begin by saying that Pat & Mary are the most kind people that I have come ever come across in booking a vacation home!! We had booked a two night stay for originally 3 people so that we could attend our daughter's family weekend at Clemson. Our son attends Coastal Carolina Univ near Myrtle Beach which was evacuated due to Hurricane Florence. I messaged Mary asking if we could possibly add two more people to our reservation. Within an hour she CALLED me from her vacation to tell me to get as many of his friends out of Myrtle as we could and that they would open up their home to help out! We wound up with a total of 9 people with my son and his friends arriving the night before I did. Mary made the kids a pot of soup as soon as she got back from vacation and brought them food from their garden. We also ended up adding three nights to our stay in order to avoid the hurricane. These two people were our guardian angels in helping out when we really needed it. The house was great and their property was beautiful and very relaxing. We spent many hours on the dock on the lake. It was just perfect after the hecticness of replanning this trip on such short notice. I would definitely stay here again!!! It was the nice distance from Clemson for anyone looking for that.
