Fully restored and updated 1935 historic home in Commonwealth Park. Home is just a few minutes from uptown and walking distance to the heart of Plaza Midwood. Home has large, private, fenced in back yard and 2nd floor entertainment room with wet bar, wine cooler and 2nd living room. This house has 4 bedrooms. Downstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two queen beds and a full size bed. Upstairs there is also a pullout couch and downstairs there’s a pullout couch. We do live in this home and have a dog that lives here with us. If you are allergic this may not be the home for you. Everything was exactly as Mike said it would be!
First off, Mike was great and very helpful throughout this whole stay. We thoroughly enjoyed staying her as it was not only VERY close to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go but it also offered all the amenities we could ask for. From hot coffee, to clean beds, a big back patio, etc. Overall, I would definitely give this a 5 star review and highly recommend it to anyone who may be considering! Thanks Mike!Ryan G.
