The lodge is nestled at the base of Little Bearwallow Mountain next to 200 acres of natural forest with five miles of hiking trails. It is located only 25 minutes from downtown Asheville, NC in the heart of the incredible Hickory Nut Gorge. The lodge contains a great room/living room, kitchen, loft, four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a large downstairs room for yoga and movement. Laughing Waters is located in the Hickory Nut Forest Eco-Community. It is a very special place for a peaceful, quiet retreat in these beautiful sacred mountains!

Luxurious Asheville Mountain Cabin
As an Asheville native I needed more space when family came to visit. This home was perfect! Spacious and exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is located on a beautiful piece of property with great hiking trails out the front door and more nearby. Only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville yet feels a world away from a city. Communication with hosts were always easy with quick responses. Will definitely stay again!Mack H

Wonderful Getaway
The perfect private place for a family to enjoy. Plenty of room inside and outside. We were able to hike and explore nature. We were just minutes away from Chimney Rock Village for small town shopping and lunch. Far enough from Asheville to see the stars at night when we had a fire going in the large firepit. The sound of the creek outside was like a lullaby at night.Contact Owner
