Beautiful, ocean-view 3 bedroom, 3 bath fully furnished house immediately across from a beach access. Just a 75 yard walk from house to feet in the ocean! Sweeping ocean and Intracoastal views from four different decks. Sleeps 10. Queen in master bedroom, queen in 2nd bedroom, twin over full bunk and trundle in third bedroom (sleeps 4), day bed with trundle in sunroom. A pair of hammock swings to lounge on off the master bedroom!
Amazing ocean views from the family room, dining area, and sunroom. The house is has a fully furnished kitchen, 2 new flatscreen Smart TVs, a Blue Ray player, DVD/VCR player, and wireless Internet access. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and dual zone heating/air. There are 5 ceiling fans in the house. The master bathroom has double vanities, a shower and a separate large jacuzzi tub. There is covered parking under the unit and an outdoor shower and water spigot to rinse beach toys and other items. A charcoal grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach cart, a surfboard, and fishing equipment available for use with rental. In addition, guests love the available kayak with paddle and life preserver to help explore the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway!
Linens are not included, but can be arranged if desired for $50. Guests wishing to bring a pet should contact owner to get pre-approved before booking. $200 pet fee applies.

The house is absolutely gorgeous! It was well equipped from the kitchen to the toy closet. The ocean views from the desks was beautiful. And only steps away from beach! The owner always responded quickly and was so helpful. It was a great vacation in a beautiful house!!!! I hope to do it again soon!!!Fun in the Sun
