One of a kind, beach views galore! The condo extends outward to the ocean, giving you windows with beautiful ocean views on the north facing wall, south facing wall, and east facing wall! You’ll never find this amount of ocean views in any comparable unit! The waves will lull you to sleep – you can't get any closer than this.
This comfy vacation spot is just six miles south of Myrtle Beach. Surfside Beach is a beautiful family-oriented beach. While not as hectic, the location offers the convenience of everything in the Myrtle Beach area, including over 100 Golf Courses, great dining, entertainment and shopping!
New ceramic tile flooring takes you from the front door to the private, oceanfront balcony. The fully stocked galley kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and contains all that you will need for cooking and serving. There is a washer and dryer within the unit.
From the master suite you will enjoy stunning oceanfront views directly to the beach. You can also enjoy the view looking south to Surfside Beach Pier from the windows flanking the bed. The master suite has a queen-size bed with pillow top mattress and new pillows, cable flat screen TV, ceiling fan, cedar chest of drawers, night stands and new carpeting.
Step through the sliding glass doors from the master suite or living room to the private balcony with one of the best views in Surfside! With full 180 degree ocean views you’ll never want to leave!
The 2nd bedroom has two twin-size beds and includes new carpeting, ceiling fan, cable TV and ample storage. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the 2nd bedroom.
The living area includes a dining table with seating for six which offers beautiful beach views to the north to enjoy while dining. A ceiling fan in the living room keeps the ocean breezes flowing throughout. New Lay-Z-Boy sleeper sofa, chair and a half (twin sleeper), flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and CD & iPod stereo system will help you enjoy all the comforts of home. There is a wood fireplace for fall and winter vacationers (fire logs only please).

- WEEKLY OR MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY
- I live in Pacific time zone. Email communication is preferred over telephone. I check email often daily.
- All rentals must be Saturday to Saturday (April to Oct). Off season: 4 night minimum November to April.
- Digital touch pad entry – no keys to mail, forget, or lose.
- No smoking inside the unit. Pets are not allowed.
- Linens and towels are not provided – Save $ and bring your own. However I can make arrangements local for renting these items. $70 fee for linen rentals.
- Due to HOA restrictions I do not rent to student groups nor rent to individuals under the age of 21
- There is 1 assigned parking space and room for guest parking.
- This first floor unit is in an elevated building. There is no elevator and approximately 14 stairs must be taken to reach unit.
Since this is my home away from home, I hope all renters will abide by the rules and help keep it clean and in great condition! Enjoy!
