Panoramic ocean to sound views are waiting for you and your family at this beautiful property in Monterey Shores. The expansive decks offer room for everyone to relax and enjoy some sun, or shade. The Great Room is full of light, and has access to the deck, and the screened porch. For some quiet time, the Ship’s Watch is a prefect retreat to read a book, or just enjoy the views. There is plenty of seating for the family at meal time, and the kitchen bar is a great place for the kids to enjoy a snack, or to keep the family chef company while cooking. All the bedrooms offer a deck access, and nice views. After a day of sun and fun, the Hot Tub is the perfect place to unwind. The rec room has a foosball table, and a TV so you’ll never miss the big game, or head outside and shoot hoops at the basketball goal. No matter what you decide, this property is a “Slam Dunk”
Top Level: King Master with TV; Living room with fireplace, LCD TV and Dining area, all with entry to the decks, for relaxing after a long day on the beach. Kitchen has entrance to the screened porch and a half bath is also on this level. High above it all, find the cozy observation loft with Single Sleep Sofa, for the best views on the beach. TV/VCR/BluRay Disc Player.
Mid-Level: King Master with TV; Bedroom with 2 Twins; Bedroom with Duobunk/Trundle; All have entry to the hot tub on deck. There’s also a full bath and the laundry.
Ground Level: Rec room w/Queen Sleep Sofa, TV/VCR/BluRay Disc and foosball table.

Awesomely Glorious Vacation!!
We thought Slam Dunk was wonderful. The absolute only suggestion would be to maybe put Tv's in some of the bedrooms. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation in everyway!! We never have the same numbers, but if this house works for our number of people again we will not hesitate to rent again. The cheesecake delivered mid-week was a nice touch by the owners and we enjoyed it immensely!!Slam Dunk
The privacy afforded by this cottage's location on a cul-de-sac was first-rate. The house was very clean and orderly. We were particularly happy with the twice-a-week service call on the hot tub, as we had had issues with hot tubs at other locations, probably because of inadequate attention to the spa. Recommendations for the owners: 1. Since this is a soundside property, provide a cart for toting items to the beach. 2. Have the property manager attend to small maintenance issues prior to a customer occupying a property. In our case, several outdoor light were burned out, the lint screen and duct on the dryer were dangerously overloaded (prior to our use), and door in basement storage area was pulled off the frame.PA Family
Relaxing with a bonus cheesecake!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Slam Dunk. It was an inviting, comfortable home with everything we needed. Having the cheesecake delivered to the front door on our first night there was a wonderfully delicious surprise. We also enjoyed using the pool at Monteray Shores.
