PROPERTY Description
Our condo is one of 8 units, Windjammer II, part of the Windjammer complex (Phase I and II). Renovations completed the last several years including a new living room furniture. Summer rentals (06/06/20 - 08/21/20) receive bed linens, with beds made prior to arrival, and bath towels for each guest. Summer rentals include all fees except for tax. Be sure to compare our rates and amenities with others, we can't be beat.
The unit is a one-family owner anxious to share with other families. We've had awesome vacations at Ocean Isle over many years. The building is located in the exclusive West End of the island. The unit is modern, non-smoking, and is in a well maintained complex that includes a pool (one of the largest on the island) with ample lounge seating. Our unit is the closest to the beach, a mere 10 second walk, underneath Phase I building and you're on the beach. The beach is uncrowded, wide, and great for swimming. Private parking is available under the unit for 4 cars and there is plenty of general parking available.
Ocean Isle Beach is a quiet island with a family atmosphere. Although some restaurants, food stores, and shops are sprinkled about the island, some of those amenities are just off the island.
The condo is a large, 2 story unit with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (one king bed, one queen bed) and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one queen, two doubles, and two doubles). Each generously sized bedroom has a full bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator), dishes, glassware and cookware, etc. and plenty of cabinet and counter space. There is a full-sized washer and dryer. A closet on the ground floor is available to store beach toys, golf clubs, bicycles, etc. Outdoor community charcoal grills are available for use.

Weekly $1325 - 1775). MONTHLY RENTALS available at reduced rates.

Fantastic place at the beach and perfect
Our unit was spacious and very quiet and having a bathroom for every bedroom was a plus. The flat screen TV�s were nice also. The entire stay was wonderful and my family loved our yearly vacation together and we plan to stay again.Family Vacation
We truly enjoyed our stay at the WIndjammer. The pool is large and beautifully maintained. The condo was very nice with a very well supplied kitchen. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and all the Ocean Isle has to offer.Rachael D.
Great Place for All Ages
We really enjoyed our stay at Windjammer II GG. We had 4 young adults staying in our unit and it was very nice to have them all upstairs so they could sleep in while the real adults had their morning coffee. This unit is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for pool, beach and meal prep. Phil was easy to work with during our planning stages and once we were there everything was in working order and we had no need to call. Having 5 full bathrooms and sheets towels included (summer months) made this the best value at Windjammer!Linda C.
Fun Stay in Ocean Isle
We liked the location as there was little traffic. Ad was a little deceiving as our unit listed as "ocean front" and we were unable to see the ocean from any angle in the condo. Unit gg was well equipped, kitchen wise, and made our meals easy to prepare. Loved having a bath with each bedroom. Clean unit and we all enjoyed Ocean Isle so much.Matthew M.
Close to beach
It is not beachfront, but just a short walk to the beach. Even though there is only a small view of the ocean from two of the bedrooms, it's such a short stroll, you can easily walk there. There is also a swimming pool for the complex that is large and clean. There is ample seating at the dining table and in the living area for everyone. There are two decks (one off LR and one off BR) if you want to sit outside. The bedrooms all have a private bath, which is nice and hard to find. All bedrooms are very nicely sized with plenty of space for luggage. The bathrooms are good sized, and one has double sinks. There are four parking spaces under the unit and a large parking - so convenient. This may not be the newest condo complex on the island but it certainly met our needs.ERIC B.
Great beach condo, well worth the money
Property is well maintained, had everything we wanted. We used the property pool and grills, and took advantage of the beach items that the owner and other renters have graciously left for others to use! We had 9 adults and 2 small children with us, and everyone had a great time! The common area was a bit small for all of us to hang out or dine together, but otherwise everything was fantastic. Great Golf Trip
This unit is perfect for a guys trip. There are so many golf courses within 15 minutes, and you also are right at the beach. The owner was great and very responsive to any needs or concerns of our group. Great stay!Timothy B.
Grreat location next to beach!
Great place to stay! Right next to beach! Hard to find 5 bedrooms and 5 baths in 1 unit. Beds were very comfortable. Parking under unit was a big plus.Contact Owner
