We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

Wonderful place!!!
Perfect location. One block from Main Street and all shopping and restaurants. Very close to river and falls. Apartment was well decorated and very comfortable. Loved the patio in evenings. Definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again. Thanks to Beth for being so helpful and responsive.Heather C.

Amazing Place in the Best Location in Greenville!
My husband and I rented this top floor condo for about 3 weeks this summer. It was our first trip to Greenville, so we relied on other reviews for location. This place is in a perfect location to walk downtown. It is right behind the Westin. A short walk to anything on Main Street and to the Falls downtown. The condo was clean, modern and had a very comfortable bed. We would have rated 4.5 starts if it were an option. The reasons we didn't give a full 5 stars were minor, but worth knowing. - There were multiple wasps nests outside, so we couldn't use the beautiful outside patio. My husband went out and bought spray, but 2 of the nests were up high and he couldn't get to them. - The master closet is huge and well done, but attached to the bathroom so if someone is in there, you have to wait. - Full size washer and dryer was a huge bonus. The laundry room is really tight - not easy to get in and out. We had issues with the Internet speed and needed to work while we were out there. When I shared the issue with Beth, she jumped on in immediately and called AT&T to upgrade to a faster speed. We were very impressed with how responsive she was!Contact Owner
