PROPERTY Description
“KDH Paradise” offers a magnificent oceanfront mansion for your family to enjoy. Spacious layout, beautiful furnishings, vivid ocean views and top of the line amenities are all yours for the asking at this fabulous retreat. Several gathering areas give you room to spread out with the size of your family in mind. The expansive top level great room area has hardwood flooring and an open concept, complete with a kitchen for gourmet taste. Not only is there an oversized bar with seating, but an island as well for lots of meal prep space and storage.
Ten master suites give everyone privacy and a space of their own. Several master suites share private wet bars with mini fridge to keep your personal items close at hand.
The large home theater has seating for 14, or just relax in the den with the TV and games. All decks have plenty of room to enjoy the views. This amazing beach house was made for you to enjoy the sea air and sunshine! There is a large Tikki Bar with sink and faucet, and a great grilling area just off the bar. The kiddie pool is under a pergola, and gives the little ones a great place to splash and play. After all that fun in the sun take some time to relax in the large hot tub, also located poolside. The full Cabana Bath keeps kids from tracking all through the house, and makes those needed breaks easy from the pool or beach. Private walkway and beach access top it all off.
The Rec Room has a full 9 foot Pool Table with TV, large Wet bar area with 2 TVS, a full size Refrigerator with Icemaker for easy access to Tikki Bar or Poolside. The Patio off the Rec Room is gated between the Pool Deck and Patio. KDH Paradise has a great location, central for walking and biking to shops, restaurants and activities. Wright Memorial is part of the view from the west side masters on top floors, and a short drive to explore.
