PROPERTY Description
Wonderful one bedroom Summer House Villa located in the private seaside community of Litchfield By the Sea. This unit features a full kitchen and living room with flat screen TV. Unit also features a private bedroom with two QUEEN size beds, flat screen TV and a full size bathroom. Just off the living room is a balcony that faces the Water park and pool area with plenty of seating. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room perfect for kids. Daily maid service is not provided through outside management company but a mid stay towel exchange can be requested.
There are also South Carolina landmarks such as Atalaya, the picturesque, Moorish-style winter home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, philanthropist and sculptor, respectively, who left the park and adjacent Brookgreen Gardens as their legacy.
Nature lovers also will enjoy the park’s Nature Center and wide variety of programming, including the chance to see loggerhead turtles and other endangered plant and animal species up close. The park’s freshwater lake is a sure-fire place to see alligators and sometimes even a mink or two.
Art lovers, meanwhile, flock by the thousands to the prestigious, juried Atalaya Arts and Crafts Festival held each September in and around the former home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington.
The beach at Litchfield by the Sea is a short 10 minute walk or grab a shuttle in the summer which runs every 20 minutes. In addition, the LBTS community offers miles of walking and bike paths that linked to the Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island area. The resort also has onsite bike rental in the summer for your convenience. Also onsite are a Starbucks, Stox Salon and Spa, Webster's Grille & Tavern, beach cabanas, areas for fishing and crabbing, lighted tennis courts and so much more. This is truly a full service, amenity packed resort. This unit is available for nightly, weekly and monthly rentals. NO SMOKING and no pets. No motorcycles, RVs, Campers, Buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS property.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ive used VRBO for the past 10 years and this is honestly the first time I am genuinely disappointed with my stay. The location and resort was very nice but the condo was lacking. Furniture and accessories were outdated as is the carpeting .. bathroom shower base has residual of mold growth. Limited pots / pans - kitchen items Wasn't completely clean in the bathroom and they did not leave an extra rollnof toilet tissue Rules and regulations placed everywhere Didn't feel comfortable or have a home feel. Certainly had no personal touch to welcome you I will not recommend this place to anyoneContact Owner
