PROPERTY Description

Our clean and cozy two bedroom is centrally located in Mount Pleasant. With a queen bed in each bedroom, It comfortably sleeps four and is a short walk from upper Shem Creek. It is a second floor condo with approximately 13 steps up to our quiet, private retreat. Enjoy a full kitchen, screened-in porch, and easy access to local beaches and plantations. All linens and kitchen utensils are provided. The bars and restaurants on Coleman Blvd are just a short drive away!

The condo is about a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Charleston, about 5-10 minutes from Sullivan's Island, and about 10-15 minutes from the Isle of Palms.

We recently renovated the condo with new floors, new carpet in the bedrooms, new sofas and new washer and dryer.

Very short walk to the pool and grills. Walk down to small dock on Shem Creek and go fishing or throw in a crab net (undergoing renovation during Winter 2018).

Comfortable Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Diann's condo on Shem Creek. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of space for my husband and me. It was immaculate and well maintained. The location was very convenient for traveling to all the nearby places we wanted to visit: Charleston, Isle of Palm, Sullivan's Island and Patriot's Point. Diann was very prompt in answering questions and provided us with the check in and check out info we needed. We hated to leave and return home to the cold temperatures.

Comfortable condo in a great location

Wonderful, clean ,quiet condo in a great location. Everything was as promised, Diann was great to work with. Highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit a great city. Close to downtown, restaurants, shopping. Thanks Diann
