PROPERTY Description
Brand new to the Luxury Beach Rentals program, this 12th level suite is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. The master features a king size bed, large flat screen TV and private entrance to main balcony. The second bedroom has two double beds, the third bedroom has a king bed which can be converted to two twins upon request and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. You will also enjoy large flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and two additional bathrooms with granite countertops.
The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, children?s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition.

Atlanta, GAVery nice condo but Luxury Beach Rentals mislead me
My friend rented a beach house with Luxury Beach Rentals for a wedding vow renewal ceremony. I called and said I needed a beach condo near that house. I was told it was about 3 miles but 15 minutes away. I get to the condo and find it was over 8 miles away and took 30 minutes to get to the house. BAD SERVICE FROM LUXURY RENTALS! But the condo was very nice. I would stay there again. Good area just not were I needed to be in this particular case.Vacation

We rented two condos for our family trip to Myrtle Beach and our son and his family stayed in this larger three bedroom unit. It was gorgeous! The size was impressive, had beautiful hardwood floors, the décor had been recently updated and all necessities and more were provided.LISA H.

The rental was very nice and clean. It was a perfect size with 3 nice size bedrooms. The kitchen was great and had everything you would need. The views were amazing... Best location ever!
