Renovated kitchen has all the expected appliances, cookware and dishes. The washer/dryer is located on the ground level. Covered porch on the street side, and screened porch on the oceanside, plus a sundeck with built-in benches. Oceanside picnic table and an enclosed outside shower add to outdoor living ease. Located two houses from the beach access near 14th Street.
All bed and bath linens are provided in the rental. All beds will be made and bath towel sets provided for the total occupancy. The cottage sleeps 8 in two king beds and 4 singles. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Love the beach, we keep coming back. I think the price is a bit high for this cottage now. I have found that some other beaches are less expensive but Sunset remains our preference.Contact Owner
