NICE OCEAN VIEW BUT IN DESPERATE NEED OF UPDATING

We were very disappointed with the furnishings and cleanliness. The couch was badly stained, cracked tile on floor in bathroom, door on closet was off, floor lamp falling apart.The overall appearance was dirty and old. Needs updating!! Will not be renting again.

It was a typical beach condo in a large complex. Balcony with nice ocean and pool views. .

We loved Pawleys Island and our location. Condo was a typical beach condo. Clean, great views, close to pools, easy beach access. It was a good size for a family of 4. We enjoyed it. Bring your own coffee pot as the one in the unit was unappealing. We also found coffee in the lounge room down the hall from our unit. We also enjoyed biking around and there were plenty of places to store bikes and park. Owner responded quickly to our couple of questions. Recommended.

We loved it!

The condo was a great location and we loved the community! We could walk to Starbucks for our coffee or walk to a restaurant for dinner! The condo had a great view of the pool and ocean in the distance! So relaxing! We will definitely return!
