PROPERTY Description
A quiet and secure suite in a historic brick building at 100 West Court Street, just 1/2 block away from all the charm of downtown Greenville, one of Americas top 10 downtowns! This updated unit has exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, granite counters and stainless steel appliances with a well stocked kitchen. Often used for wedding photos, and even for a commercial shoot, this suite has giant windows to let the sun warm the trendy furniture and the KING SIZED Nectar mattress. WiFi, Cable TV, a blow dryer, ironing board and a washer and dryer are available for your comfort. The keyless entry uses a code which is changed after each guest’s departure to enhance security. Guests have access to parking in the parkade just steps away, and will appreciate the close elevator access to the suite for loading and unloading luggage. A bike rental shop is 1 block away for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail (also just 1 block away), as is the bus depot for further distances. Restaurant and entertainment options are nearly endless in our gorgeous city, and you'll have access to the owners for our recommendations.

PERFECT ACCOMMODATIONS FOR EASY WESTIN ACCESS!
our daughter's wedding reception was at the Westin and given we were coming from Maryland to attend, we wanted access to a larger space that also would he close and allow for a little more privacy. The condo is a spacious one bedroom with comfortable, clean and modern furnishings. The building is old and quirky, but we loved that characteristic. There is everything you need there including free parking at the attached garage that connects to the Westin as well. Perfect for 2 people. Wouldn't recommend much larger given there is only one bathroom and you can only access through bedroom. But it is large enough that with smaller children, it would not be problematic. Big closet as well. Only thing not available was the washer/dryer. Would have been nice to do a load of laundry while there. Literally one block from Main Street, restaurants, market, etc. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.David J.
Hidden gem in the heart of the action!
Beautiful upscale little condo, perfect for a couple wanting direct access to restaurants, bars and shopping on Main as well as steps away from the Falls at Reedy River and the West End. Will definitely stay here again!Jill R.
Perfect location and condo in downtown Greenville!
The welcome information was very clear and the condo was easy to access. The condo was very welcoming and clean. It has a great location with easy access to the Swamp Rabbit trail, the Peace Center and many bars and restaurants. Other notables: nice linens on the bed, a very comfortable mattress, comfortable couch and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Can't wait to come back!Contact Owner
