PROPERTY Description
You can hear the ocean from this excellent island location! Just three houses from the beach, this unique one bedroom flat with queen bed, comfy couch, kitchen, walk-in cedar closet, bathroom with shower is a great place to relax, surf or just enjoy a walk collecting shells. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the 3.5 story house.** Also, just a short walk down the beach is Wild Dunes Resort, where you can grab lunch and drinks poolside, or enjoy world-class golf. And not too far away is the Isle of Palms Marina, restaurants, and Harris Teeter grocery is a couple miles away. You literally won’t have to leave the island for anything!
**PLEASE NOTE: If you’re looking for a place to stay with all the bells and whistles of a newly renovated hotel or beach house with all the latest appliances and perks, and airy light-filled rooms, please look elsewhere, you’re not going to be happy. This apartment is a quintessential beach apartment located in an older house that’s been there since the 1970s. It’s a place where sandy feet and wet dogs are welcome. It has older working appliances (ie. stove, refrigerator), it is not decked out with all the latest gadgets. It’s very simplistic in nature. What it does have is a great ‘beachy’ vibe and a prime location – beach 250ft. down the street! The lot the house is on is very shady with lots of trees and vegetation; therefore, the apartment doesn’t get a whole lot of natural light. But especially during the summer months, it is the perfect oasis to escape the sun and heat after a long hot day on the beach.
***We do accept friendly, housebroke dogs only – Limit Two (2) dogs – preferably pups 40 pounds or under. Larger dogs will definitely be considered, feel free to inquire.
***PET FEE: $20 PER PET. This is not included in your reservation. The pet fee will be due upon check in and payable in cash please. *NO cats please

Great location to the beach...
The location to the beach was awesome. Even though we were there in the Fall, I feel that this part of the beach is never really too crowded. It is a perfect place to bring your dog(s)! While the explanation of the apartment was very accurate, it needs some TLC. Just some lighter curtains would let in more light and freshen up the place. We enjoyed our stay, and everything was as explained; but the best feature is the beach location. If you are planning on very little time in the apartment its a perfect spot to stay for sightseeing trips and beach time. To be fair, we did arrive just a few days after a brush with a hurricane, but it would have been nice if the outside furniture was ready to use etc. The price was incredible for the location to everything!Sandra S.
