413 Tarpon is a luxury home and is decorated to serve the interest of families who prefer space and high quality furnishings in a vacation experience. 413 Tarpon has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a large well equiped gourmet kitchen with bar seating for 6, dining table seating for 10 and seating for 6 more at the large table on the screened in porch. The main and upstairs levels have hardwood flooring. There are 4 king beds, 1 queen size bed, one day bed with trundle and two day bed loungers, the home will sleep up to 14. The front of the house has an elevated porch with rocking chairs. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and spacious bathroom with his and hers vanities. There is a private bar area adjoining the master suite with private deck to the front facing ocean. To the rear of the home on the master level a large sun deck serving the master bedroom with two chaise lounges and a circular outdoor tanning sofa providing a great spot for private sunbathing facing the canal and afternoon sun. A spiral staircase off master bar area leads vacationers up to the rooftop for viewing of the ocean, beautiful sunrises, breathtaking sunsets and brilliant observations at night for star gazers. The master bedroom has a 60" flatscreen, the main level has an 80" flatscreen, terrace level has a 52" flatscreen for your viewing pleasure. All the rooms in the home are designer decorated with local art and have ceiling fans. There is ample parking via a 3 car garage and large driveway. The backyard is large enough for a volleyball court and has a seawall, the private dock allows canal and ocean access via boat launched from floating pier head. Our dock also has a boat lift that can support a boat up to 7000lbs. Beach access #24 has no steps and is directly across the street and the beautiful beach and ocean is only 100’ from our front door. Fishing and crabbing at the dock on the tidal canal is very good with a cleaning station and night lighting for all you late night fishermen. 413 Tarpon is owner operated by a full time resident and lover of Fripp Island.
