Condo has a fully equipment kitchen & dining, has a brand new queen sofa sleeper and Glide/Rocker Recliner, New 47" Flat Screen TV,w/DVD. 2009 upgrades include: New 16" & 12" Tile in Kitchen, Dining & Living & Both Baths. New floating Hardwood and all new carpet. All walls repainted with brighter colors, with new white blinds and curtains. 2009 Master bedroom has a new Queen bed. Second bedroom has Twin beds topped with memory foam. All white sheets 400 to 800 thread count, towels, towel rugs and cloths provided if wanted. Also by request we can provide Infant Crib & High Chair.

wonderful condo!
We have rented this condo for the past 3 years, and we still can't imagine staying anywhere else. We've seen many condo's available for rent in this facility, but our choice would always be one of the 2 that this particular landlord owns. Check out the other one in building B as well. Wonderful Vacation!
I can not say enough about this condo!My husband and I, my son and his friend just got home from our vacation and we are missing it already! I was very skeptical about renting again through VRBO because we had a very bad experience last year but this condo was absolutely awesome! The condo is exactly as the pictures show. The owners go way beyond making sure you are very comfortable. The furniture was very clean and comfortable, the beds where comfortable, extra pillows and blankets, even extra paper towels, hand soap, just about anything extra you may need they have it there for you! They are great about getting back to you right away. The resort was awesome as well. We never got bored. We did so much the teenagers where exhausted! We have been to Myrtle Beach several times but this was by far one of the best vacations we have had! If you stay at this condo you definitely will not be disappointed! Thanks for such an awesome vacation. We will come back for sure!Anonymous
Family friendly and relaxing
This place has such a warm, inviting atmosphere where the kids can relax and enjoy themselves! There is so much to do here as well as have a nice place to sleep after a long day of fun!
