This cabin is very romantic, cozy and very private. The gas stove in this cabin will keep you warm on cool winter nights. While you watch the big flat screen TV. This cabin looks over a pond in the winter months. It has a handmade headboard with a queen bed so you can watch tv or catch some zzzzzz's. This cabin has minimal cell service and great wifi service. It feels like a tree house when you are out on the porch. Hugs and Kisses has two rocking chairs and a lamp for you to read by as the sun is rising on the horizon. It has a full kitchen, and washer\dryer. It also has a gas grill for you to cook your big catch or just a juicy steak. This is just the cabin for you, it has a feeling of a bed and breakfast with alot more privacy and woods. Hugs and Kisses is pet friendly with solid rails 36" high so you and your dog can relax.

- Ashtray for smoking outside on the porch only. Absolutely No Smoking Inside ($200 Fee if smoke or damage is found)
- No Candles Allowed inside or outside (there will be a $200 fee if any wax, candles or signs of candles are found)
- Emergency phone is located in the wellhouse(on the 25 Little Stoney Fork Road Properties)
- No campfires allowed on the premises, except Bearidise Ridge, Stoney Fork, Crazy Daisy and Cozy Creekside Cottages which have firepits (please use them responsibly and bring your own firewood)

Owner's Cancellation Policy :
We give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee) for any reason if you take out our cancellation assurance policy which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
