PROPERTY Description
Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the large ocean-front deck which spans the width of the house.
A 5 bedroom ocean front home over looking the clean sand beach and sparkling blue ocean. Sea and Me will accommodate 12 people and help make this the 'perfect' vacation.
Main Level: The great room has a cathedral ceiling. Two floors of windows highlight the expansive ocean views.
Across the room, the rectangular glass-top dining table seats 8. Ocean view dining is the order of the day, every day at Sea and Me. Large picture windows offer views of the ocean over the dunes of lush vegetation. Your own private island paradise is just outside.
The kitchen has all the appliances. The cabinets are well stocked with dishware, glassware, and cookware. Blend a cool drink and take it out to the deck to enjoy the breeze. Listen to the waves rolling across the sand and watch the pelicans fly. There are also 2 bedrooms and a Master Suite on this level. The full bath is just down the hall and is a combination bathroom and laundry area. A stackable washer and dryer are neatly tucked in the corner.
Head up the open staircase to the top floor and enjoy ocean views. At the landing, you will find a bedroom door on each side. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, plus a sink for washing or shaving. A full bath on the top floor is shared by both bedrooms.
NO ANIMALS, BIRDS OR SNAKES and NO SMOKING!!

We had a great time here at Topsail. Your house is lovely and inviting. My husband was very ill and in the hospital for some time. We really needed this time here for him to rest and recover….actually we both needed the time. This area is lovely. We really enjoyed this beach as it is not crowded. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great spot right on the beach!
if you are looking for a charming beach house, this is the one. The house is spacious and steps from the water. Great location and house has everything you need. Very quiet section of Surf City, no competing for the perfect beach spot. House held 11 of us with room to spare. Jack was very responsive and helpful. I was surprised to have to unload the dishwater and make all the beds upon arriving (never had to do before with a VBRO and the last thing I wanted to do after a long car ride with kids), but other than that, everything was perfect.Tanya F.

Awesome place to stay...Very spacious with beautiful views
This was an amazing place to stay for our family. The house is right on the beach and access from the house to the beach during the day was very nice. The beach is pretty private, so you were not hunting for places to settle in for the day. The house was clean and spacious. Many Windows in the back of the house give you absolutely beautiful ocean views. The furniture was very comfortable. Dual AC units allowed for comfortable living in both upstairs and downstairs. There are 4 really nice Adirondack type chairs on the covered porch to allow for outside views to the ocean. We had a total of 8 stay in the home and it was quite spacious and comfortable. The kitchen table sat all 8 very comfortably...This is the perfect place if you are looking for some non stop beach views and access. Sun rise comes over the ocean to the left, and it was quite beautiful. The linen and towel service was very nice too...Very clean.Barry A.

Wonderful home for family vacation
This home was a lovely home for our family to stay in and enjoy Topsail Island. The home is right on the beach with a great covered deck to enjoy watching the kids on the beach with a little shade protection. We had four children and two adults staying in the house and there was plenty of room for more! An open family room/kitchen lends for great family time in the house. The kids enjoyed the two rooms upstairs away from the adults. The kitchen was stocked many amenities that usually we have to buy such as salt, pepper, coffee filters, condiments, dish soap, sponges, spices, etc that was really nice. The linens were delivered by the linen company which is included in the price of the rental which is really nice as well There were beach toys and chairs as well as games, books and videos. The beach is quiet and lovely. Could not ask for a better place to stay - would recommend and stay again!Natale M.

The house was clean and comfortable the open concept living room kitchen and dining room was nice. The house was situated in an area on the beach that was less congested than others. We vacationed there with our family of 12, July 9-16/2016. The home was clean & well-kept & the layout was good. We loved the huge porch overlooking the sandy beach & beautiful ocean which was just steps away. The owner supplied us with recommendations for restaurants & nearby activities which was very helpful.
