Point of View is a tri-level, secluded home nestled among tall live oak and palm trees on the Folly River with a deep water dock & swimming platform along with spectacular views including the picturesque historic Morris Island Lighthouse. The house features three spacious decks facing the Folly River where you can enjoy the river breezes, spectacular sunsets and sunrises. The private open air deck off the master bedroom towers 30 feet above ground. This beautiful home sleeps up to 10 guests and is situated on the east side of Folly with a deep water dock, swimming, fishing, crabbing, boating and 2 outdoor showers (1 private, the other on the dock).

From any of the three decks facing the Folly River, enjoy the breeze, relax in the hammock, sway on a porch swing or dine al fresco as as you watch the pelicans glide by with nothing but a breathtaking river & marsh far and wide as a private backdrop. Level one has three bedrooms (2 queens & 2 twins), a full bath, charming reading nook, separate laundry room, a screened in porch on the front and an open air style deck on the back with an outdoor stairwell to go up and down a level. Level two has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating, ½ bath , separate dining room that seats 6-8 and two separate gathering spaces with seating for many, cozy fireplace, 40” flat screen TV with Cable Television & music system.

Look at the marsh wildlife through binoculars or gaze out to the incredible view far and wide. Level two boasts both a screened and outside porch, with a large BBQ gas grill. Level three has the spacious Master Suite with its own private bath complete with a large Jacuzzi and private sun deck facing the Folly River. The ground level has a fully equipped 6x8 outdoor shower tucked in the corner at the foot of the dock. This house is beach prepared and you will find everything you need to enjoy the beach, e.g., beach chairs, ice chest, rolling beach cart and 2 surf boards. All towels and bed linens are supplied including beach towels. Throughout the house there is high-speed internet access.

We are located about 35 minutes from the Charleston International Airport and 20 minutes to Downtown Charleston where you’ll find all the southern charm in the “Holy City” including award winning restaurants, cobblestone streets, shopping, countless historic landmarks, historical monuments, churches, horse carriage tour rides, Ft. Sumter harbor tours, lots of great live music options, and much more.
