The rentals will begin in april 2019. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday only...until November 30th when a 4-night minimum applies and a charge of $ 185 for cleaning and linens gets added to this if rented for less then a week:There is always a $250.00 refundable damage deposit.The non refundable pet fee is $100 /pet.Check out is Saturday morning no later than 11:30 AMCheck in Saturday 4:30 PM or after

Fantastic beach location!
Wonderful location and house. Could use a few inside updates with furniture but overall a pleasant house and a fantastic location. The deck is nice; however, the front steps leading to kitchen area are wobbly. Enjoyed our stay~Contact Owner
