PROPERTY Description

You are sure to enjoy your vacation in our recently redecorated 6th floor condo in Renaissance Tower of Myrtle Beach Resort, with a calming beach decor and view of the ocean from every room! Each of two bedrooms has an adjoining full bath, and the living area separates the two bedrooms. Sliding glass doors from the living/dining room as well as the master bedroom give you access to the private 6'x22' balcony. Tile floors in kitchen, both bathrooms,and living/dining room. 32' flat screen TV/DVD/VCR in the living/dining area, and a second TV in the master bedroom. Beds are pre-made before your arrival.

Rates include bed and bath linens, parking pass and departure cleaning, plus 12% tax and $59 renters insurance.

No other fees!

During the summer, we ONLY RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. At least one member of the party must be 23 YEARS OLD.

Clean, cute and nicely decorated! Near everything!!
The property was clean and had everything you needed. The wait for an elevator could be long if poor weather rolled in, but certainly not an issue. Some nights were a little loud after quiet hours but, it didn’t last long. Everything is there for you to enjoy a perfect week! The beach chairs provided at the beach is a real plus! My family had a perfect vacation and plan on returning!! We hated to leave and will plan 2 weeks next time.

Accommodations with everything!
We loved our condo! Chris and Marie called to make sure we had everything we needed the next day after our arrival. They rented beach chairs for the condo which is great. You never have to find a spot on the beach or carry beach umbrellas and chairs back and forth. They had all the appliances you would need...toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc..The place was clean. We liked sitting out on the balcony and hearing the music from the bar below. Being on the 6th floor is a plus because using the stairs isn't too bad if you don't feel like waiting for an elevator. There were beach toys in one of the closets, books to read on a nightstand, alarm clocks, and plenty of kitchen supplies. My sister stayed in a different condo and they only had a small pot. This condo had various sizes. I would definitely stay here again. Great vacation!!!!!!!!!

Comfortable beachy condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at the C-Shore! It has some nice updates, while not being too contemporary. You still have that "beach house" feel, even in a condo. The place is spacious, and has pretty much anything you can think of that you might need. And while not ocean front, the views are still gorgeous and unobstructed. You can't miss the sunrise over the ocean! Pros: linens and cleaning included, condo has everything you might need except food, gorgeous view, lots of room Cons: Probably the only con is the elevator - one was down all week, so there was always a line to get on. And being on the 6th floor is not exactly an easy hike up the stairs when carrying groceries... But that's the complex, not the condo itself.

Great Stay As Usual
This resort is the perfect place to vacation. There are 5 pools, several hot tubs, a water park for kids, basketball courts, tennis courts, and is very well kept. I have been here 5 different times since the late 90's and I plan on going back many more times. Some of the stuff they sell in the store and at the Quarterdeck are a little on the expensive side, but overall this is the ideal vacation spot. Also, it is away from all of the major traffic from the tourist spots. Highly recommended.

A Great View!!!!
This sixth floor condo had an amazing view of the ocean and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean and was supplied with additional items that are not usually provided such as beach toys and additional cleaning supplies. In addition, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were provided by the owners, which was very convenient and definitely a "perk". We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Great for our family
This was our first time renting a condo. We had a good experience and would definitely recommend it for families. The owners were great with communicating and making sure any questions were answered. The condo was clean as a whole, but it could use a good deep clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, just as stated. The pictures are accurate, except the chairs on the deck were pretty dirty for us. We have 3 young boys and the condo felt just like a home. The layout was great for us. I would recommend the C-Shore for anyone with a family.

Had a great time
We stayed in the Tower unit 611. We would like to thank the owners Marie & Chris for the great unit. Everything was clean and we had everything you would need for a great time. A big thanks to the staff of Myrtle Beach Resort for all their hard work to make sure that everything was clean and enjoyable for our stay. They worked hard to return everything back to normal after Hurricane Matt. We enjoyed all the pools and hot tubs. We would definite return to Myrtle Beach Resorts.

Loved the ocean view!
This was a first for me, renting a condo. The owners are great and loved working with them. They take pride in the condo and it shows. We had a great time at the resort and will definitely stay at The C-Shore again!!
