--This is great place for a family or class reunion. There are over 10 private parking spaces. Only three miles from the middle of downtown or one mile to Merrimon Ave with great local award winning restaurants, music, hiking, etc. Just 4 miles from the Biltmore House and the River Arts District. Many people just drive and park for the day or evening in a parking garage for $5 to $10 and walk all around. Also, some take a taxi or Uber for a few bucks and do the same. downtown from the It is soundproofed from the home.

Newly remodeled kitchen with tile with eclectic pottery and dishes from the area with open cabinets, your choice complimentary bottle of local wine or six pack of local beer and handmade chocolate bars that we make and sell in Whole Foods.

There are two master bedrooms with king beds. There is another bedroom with a queen bed. The fourth has a twin bed. The fifth has a bunk with a double bed below and a twin on top. There is a new queen fold out couch in the living room with a memory foam topper and well as a double fold down futon. All of the beds are pillow top and have high thread count linens and lots of pillows for a comfortable, laid-back experience!

An extra twin bed and baby crib/playpen can be provided. This will accommodate 13 people!

There are two newly remodeled full bathrooms. One with a tile custom shower for two with a double sink and an additional sink is in one of the master bedrooms.

Wind down on the porch with a table, chairs and swing after a great day of sightseeing, hiking, biking or enjoying downtown Asheville. There are great mountain views from many of the windows!

The entire home is decorated with original art, books, plants and unique furnishings. There is a 52”inch flat screen and full cable with 100's of channels and DVD player.There is home wide high speed WiFi for your own devices.

It is stocked with current publications from Asheville and the surrounding area with many arts and craft selections for your enjoyment.

Feel free to walk around the quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake within a fourth of a mile with nature and mountain scenery. Within walking distance is Asheville Community Yoga. It was voted best in Asheville! You can connect up with lots of great activities in the area, zip lining, kayaking, tubing etc.

We own the space and are available by phone or in person if any assistance is needed. We have lived in the area all of our life. We run and own a raw vegan sugar-free chocolate business in Asheville. A free selection of our gourmet chocolate is included with your rental. We also own a home care service business and we are available for selected services you might need such as elder or child care, pet sitting, cleaning, laundry or transportation at an additional charge.
