--This is great place for a family or class reunion. There are over 20 private parking spaces. Only 3 miles from the middle of downtown or 2 miles to Merrimon Ave with great local award winning restaurants, music,hiking, etc. Just 4 miles from the Biltmore House as well. Many people just drive and park for the day or evening in a parking garage for $5 to $10 and walk all around. Also, some take a taxi or Uber for a few bucks and do the same. You can walk to downtown from the home in about 10 minutes. There is a home care business under the loft but and it is not open after 5pm or on the weekends at all. It is soundproofed from the upstairs.

Feel free to walk around the quiet neighborhood with Beaver Lake within a fourth of a mile with nature and mountain scenery. Asheville Community Yoga is across the road down the hill and was voted best in Asheville! We can connect you up with lots of great activities in the area: zip-lining, kayaking, tubing etc. We can get you a private guide for these activities as well!

--We own the home and are avail. by phone or in person if any assistance is needed. We have lived in the area all of our life. We run and own a raw vegan sugar-free chocolate business in Asheville. A free selection of our gourmet chocolate is included! We also have owned a home care services business in the area for many years so we are available for services you might need such as child or pet sitting, cleaning, laundry or transportation for a fee.
